Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, include a photo of the damaged item with your message. While we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, we’re pleased to assist with exchanges for damaged or faulty items.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your satisfaction is our priority, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance or have any concerns. We’re here to help!

 

Display Item Policy
All display item purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on items marked or sold as display pieces. Please inspect the item carefully before purchase.

 

Processing exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you whether the exchange has been approved. If approved, the exchange will be processed and sent out within 7 business days.

If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
