What is the warranty on Zulupack products?
Zulupack Singapore provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship on bags purchased exclusively from zulupack.sg. Please note that normal wear and tear, fading, and damage resulting from misuse are not covered under this warranty.
To initiate a warranty claim or report an issue with your product, please contact us with a copy of your receipt. For bags purchased from other retailers, please reach out to them directly for assistance.

Are the bags waterproof?
Yes, our bags are made with waterproof materials, and most models feature seamless construction using High Frequency Welding technology to keep your essentials dry.
We offer different types of waterproof ratings depending on the model. Some bags are fully waterproof and can withstand heavy rain, while others are water-resistant, designed for light splashes.
Many of our bags will float if dropped in water, and certain models are better suited for specific conditions. If you're unsure which bag is right for your needs, feel free to reach out to us for a recommendation.
How do I fasten the opening of the bag properly?
Roll the opening towards the front of the bag at least three times.
Ensure there is a reasonable amount of air or essentials inside to optimise the tightness and maintain waterproofness.
Can the Indy or Triton with the elastic front compartment hold fins?
It depends on the size of the fins. For long fins, the Indy 40L is more suitable, while the others are more compatible with short to medium fins.
What are the material differences between Polyester TPU, Nylon Cordura, and PVC?

To what extent does the Phone Pocket protect from water?
The phone pocket is rated IPX8, tested by SGS (an international laboratory), and can withstand depths of up to 10 meters for 24 hours.
Are the white bags cleanable?
While we cannot guarantee full cleanliness, white woven fabric tends to clean more easily than thermoplastic materials as dirt remains on the yarn.
For cleaning, it's crucial to know the source of the dirt. Standard garment cleaning methods such as professional garment wipes or cleaning pens should help.
How is the volume of roll-top bags calculated?
The volume stated for roll-top bags reflects their capacity after they have been rolled and fastened.
