Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order.

Preorder Items

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.

All preorder purchases are final. Once you place a preorder, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded. Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your order, which will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available.

While we make every reasonable effort to fulfil preorders as quickly as possible, shipping dates are undetermined and may be subject to change. We are not responsible for any delays in availability or delivery.

In-Stock Items
All in-stock purchases are also final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
